    The Story

    Why we built TeachFlow

TeachFlow started at home. Frank Lora built it for his wife, a teacher, after watching her evenings and weekends disappear into grading, lesson planning and parent emails.

The idea was simple: give that time back to her, then to every teacher. Every feature since has come from the same place, a real teacher saying what gets in the way.

Every feature we've built is a direct response to real teachers telling us what gets in their way.

    Founder & CEO

Frank Lora is the founder and CEO of TeachFlow. He built it for his wife, a teacher, so she could spend less of her week on the work that happens outside the classroom.

What started as a tool for one teacher now helps more than 5,000 of them plan lessons, grade essays and keep families up to date.

Frank leads TeachFlow with the philosophy that great software should feel invisible: it should just work, without getting in the way of what matters most, teaching.

    Our Values

    What we stand for

    01

    Teachers First

Every decision starts with one question: does this make a teacher's day better? If the answer isn't a clear yes, we go back to the drawing board.

    02

    Radical Simplicity

AI should remove complexity, not add it. If a feature takes more than 30 seconds to figure out, we redesign it. Period.

    03

    Trusted by Schools

We take privacy and data security seriously. TeachFlow complies with FERPA and COPPA, and student data is never sold or shared for advertising.
