Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Switching between Pro and Power happens straight away: an upgrade charges the difference for the rest of your billing period, and a switch down to Pro takes the unused part off your next bill. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves you to Free.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
New accounts start on the Free plan immediately with no credit card required. You can upgrade to Pro or Power at any time from your settings.
How does AI grading work?
Students submit essays online or upload a photo or PDF of handwritten work, or you upload them yourself. Our AI scores each essay against your rubric and writes feedback for every criterion. Grades wait for you: change any score or comment, then release them to students.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. When your paid period ends, your account moves to the Free plan and keeps your classes, lessons, quizzes and essays. Features that need a paid plan lock until you upgrade again.
