    Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

    Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@teachflow.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

    Academic Integrity

AI-generated content provided by TeachFlow is intended to assist educators — not to replace original student work. Users are responsible for ensuring that use of AI tools complies with their institution's academic integrity policies.

    5. Content & Intellectual Property

    Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service, including lesson plans, essays, quiz content, and student records. By using the Service, you grant TeachFlow a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

    TeachFlow Content

All software, AI models, designs, interfaces, documentation, and platform content provided by TeachFlow are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

    AI-Generated Output

Content generated by the AI tools (graded essays, lesson plans, quiz questions, etc.) is provided for educational use. We make no representations that AI-generated content is error-free or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated output before relying on it.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.

    Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase for new subscribers who have not substantially used the Service. Refund requests after this period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@teachflow.ai.

    Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

    Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your subscription.

    7. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. For school and district customers, we operate as a service provider or school official under FERPA.

    8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Classroom. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

    9. Disclaimers

    No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.

    Educational Decisions

TeachFlow provides tools to assist educators. All educational decisions — including grades, behavior records, and student assessments — remain the responsibility of the educator and institution. AI-generated content is a tool, not a substitute for professional judgment.

    10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEACHFLOW AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

    11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TeachFlow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

    12. Termination

    By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@teachflow.ai or through your account settings.

    By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, with or without prior notice.

    Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

    Dispute Resolution

You agree to resolve any dispute with TeachFlow through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

    14. Changes to Terms
