Introducing TeachFlow: The Platform Built for How Teachers Actually Work

Most edtech tools are built by people who haven't spent much time in classrooms. They're designed for how administrators think teachers work, not how teachers actually work.

We wanted to build something different.

The Problem We Saw

Over the course of dozens of conversations with teachers across all grade levels and subjects, we heard the same themes over and over:

• Too much time on admin work — planning, grading, communication, reporting — leaving too little time for actual teaching
• Too many fragmented tools — a different app for lesson plans, another for quizzes, another for communication, another for grades
• Not enough time with students — the thing teachers came into the profession to do

What We Built

TeachFlow is a single platform that handles everything a teacher needs:

• Lesson planning with AI assistance and standards alignment
• Quiz and essay creation with automatic grading
• Student progress tracking across all subjects and assignments
• Behavior and attendance logging with trend analysis
• Parent communication with pre-drafted templates and tracking
