Changing or cancelling your plan
Switch between Pro and Power, cancel at the end of your billing period, and manage invoices.

Switching between Pro and Power
In Settings → Subscription, click Upgrade to Power or Switch to Pro, and confirm. The change happens straight away:
- Upgrading: you're charged the difference for the rest of this billing period today. If your card is declined, your plan stays as it was.
- Downgrading: the unused part of what you've paid comes off your next bill.
Cancelling
Click Cancel Plan (or Switch to Free). You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free and aren't charged again. Nothing in your account is deleted: your classes, lessons, quizzes and essays stay, and features that need a paid plan lock until you upgrade again. You can cancel on Stripe (recommended) or with Cancel at the end of this billing period right in TeachFlow.
Once cancelled, the Subscription tab shows the date your plan ends. Changed your mind? Pick a plan again before then and it keeps going.
Invoices and payment details
Click Manage Plan to open Stripe's billing portal, where you can update your card, download invoices and cancel.
