Creating worksheets
Generate a worksheet with AI, edit it, save it to a class, make an answer key and grade uploaded work.
Updated October 20, 2026
- Open Assignments and choose the Worksheets tab.
- Pick the Grade Level, then fill in the Subject, the Worksheet Format (multiple choice, fill in the blank, short answer or mixed), the Number of Questions and the Topic / Instructions.
- Optionally add a YouTube link or a link to a PDF for the AI to draw on.
- Click Generate Worksheet.
- Happy with it? Click Save Worksheet, give it a title and choose the class it's for.
Editing a worksheet
The worksheet you generate is a document you can change before you save it. Type straight into it, or click a quick change under it, such as Shorter or Simpler words, or describe your own change and click Change it. After you click Save Worksheet, the same screen edits the saved worksheet and the button becomes Saved to your worksheets. Your changes save as you go.
To change a worksheet later, open it from Saved and click Edit.
Your saved worksheets
Click Saved to see them. From each card you can Publish it to its class (or Unpublish), Gen Key to have AI write an answer key (then Answer Key to open it), and Grade Upload to grade a student's completed worksheet from a photo or file.
The answer key opens in the same editor, so you can correct it by typing or ask the AI to change it.
Correcting a worksheet's grade
On a graded worksheet, click Edit grade to change the Grade, Score, Feedback, Strengths and To improve.
Each saved worksheet counts as one document: 2 a month on Free, 10 on Pro, and unlimited on Power. Grading an upload counts as one AI grade.
