Creating your account and signing in
Sign in with a code sent to your email. There's no password, and a teacher account is created the first time you sign in.
Updated October 16, 2026
TeachFlow doesn't use passwords. Each time you sign in, we email you a 6-digit code.
- Go to the sign-in page (the Log in or Start free button on our website).
- Pick the tab for your account: Teacher, Student or Parent.
- Enter your email address and click Send code.
- Open the email titled "Your TeachFlow sign-in code" and type the 6 digits on the Check your email screen. It signs you in as soon as the sixth digit is in.
The code expires after 10 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, wait for the countdown, then click Resend code.
New teachers
If you're a teacher, there's nothing to sign up for: the first time you sign in on the Teacher tab, your account is created on the Free plan. Then add your name under Settings → Profile, so your dashboard and messages show it.
Students and parents
Student accounts come from a teacher, who turns on a login for each student (see How students sign in and what they see). Parents use the parent portal once their child's school has set up their access. Both then sign in the same way, on the Student or Parent tab.
