    Updated October 16, 2026

Open Behavior in the sidebar. There are two ways to log something.

    • Quick entries: click one of the ready-made buttons, such as Great Participation (+3), Helping Others (+3), Disruption (−3) or Late Work (−2). The form opens already filled in.
    • Log Entry: start from a blank form.
    1. Choose the Student.
    2. Set Behavior Type to Positive or Negative.
    3. Pick a Category, such as Participation, Teamwork, Academic or Conduct.
    4. Write a short Description of what happened.
    5. Set the Points (1 to 5) and the Date, then click Save Entry.

    Seeing patterns

The tiles at the top show total, positive and negative entries and a points trend. Filter by student or type. Choose one student to see their total points, a 7-day trend and a breakdown by category.

Note:Students see their own behavior entries, and linked parents see their child's, including the description and points. Write descriptions with that in mind.

Logged something by mistake? Hover over the entry in the timeline and click the trash icon. Entries can't be edited, so delete and log it again.
