    Connecting Google Classroom

Connect Google Classroom to import classes and students, and push quizzes, essays and grades back.

    Updated October 16, 2026

    1. Open Integrations in the sidebar and click Connect Google Classroom.
    2. Sign in with your Google account and allow access.
    3. Back in TeachFlow, the Import from Google Classroom list opens. Click Import next to each class you want.

Each import creates a TeachFlow class with that course's students. Students already on your roster with the same email aren't added twice.

Note:Importing is a one-time copy: students added in Google Classroom later aren't brought across automatically. Import a course only once, or you'll get a second copy of the class.

    The Sync Hub

Open Integrations → Google Classroom and pick a course to see its coursework, announcements and students. From Push Content you can send a TeachFlow quiz or essay to Google Classroom as an assignment, and you can push grades back from Coursework.

If you see Reconnect required for full sync, click Reconnect Now to give TeachFlow the extra permissions. To stop syncing, click Disconnect. Your imported classes and students stay in TeachFlow.
