Your documents: essays, quizzes and worksheets
Documents is where your essays, quizzes and worksheets live, and where you import files to build them.

Assignments in the sidebar has three tabs: Essays, Quizzes and Worksheets.
- Essays: assign essay prompts with a rubric, and grade submissions with AI. See Creating an essay assignment and rubric.
- Quizzes: build quizzes and see results. See Creating a quiz.
- Worksheets: generate worksheets with AI, edit them and save them to a class. See Creating worksheets.
Building from a file you already have
You don't have to start from scratch:
- When creating an essay, use Import from file to upload a rubric, worksheet or assignment (JPG, PNG, PDF or TXT, up to 10 MB). The AI fills in the title, prompt and rubric for you to check.
- When building a quiz, use Import to create questions from a web page link.
Tip:Typed PDFs work best. Scanned pages are harder for the AI to read, so a clear photo often works better than a scan.
Note:Each saved worksheet counts as one document: the Free plan includes 2 a month and Pro includes 10. Power is unlimited.
